Amandeep

Amandeep offers Individual, Child, and Couples Counselling (in-person and online). 

Amandeep is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Amandeep holds two Master of Arts degrees: one with specialization in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento, USA (2013) and another in Master of Arts with a focus on Criminal, Child, and Clinical Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India (2004). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology.  

She is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Counsellor committed to supporting individuals, children, and couples through their unique challenges. She believes that fostering an environment grounded in empathy and unconditional acceptance is essential to building a strong therapeutic alliance and creating space for meaningful growth.

Her professional background includes working with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), Clinical Counsellor, Child Play Therapist, and Research Fellow. Over the years, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families across diverse settings, including community organizations and educational institutions, gaining extensive experience in supporting clients through a variety of challenges and life transitions. These experiences have broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Amandeep values ongoing learning and has completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR training and is currently in the process of certification.  

 In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, binge-watching TV series, spending time with friends, and relaxing at home.

Saturdays: 12 pm - 4 pm
