Sabrina offers Individual, Couples, and Family Counselling (in-person and online).
Sabrina is a person of Metis heritage originally from Nova Scotia. She is a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker (RSW) registered with the BC College of Social Workers, and a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), awaiting her registration as a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC). Sabrina completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology in 2025 through Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2020 from the University of Manitoba, and a diploma in Human Services in 2003 from the Nova Scotia Community College.
With 22 years of experience in the helping profession, Sabrina has had the privilege of supporting youth, adults, and families through life challenges and transitions. Her practice focuses on helping individuals navigate a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, parenting, and relationship struggles. Her experience includes working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism.
Throughout her career, she’s gained a great deal of experience working in various environments, such as educational institutions, Boys and Girls Clubs, domestic violence shelters, child and youth mental health, adult and youth addiction programs, and in private practices. These experiences have broadened her perspective and refined her ability to customize the approach she takes to address the unique needs of each person, couple, or family she is working with.
In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys exchanging laughs and sharing a good meal with friends and family, being near the water, biking, hiking, baking, and binging a good TV series.
